The highly efficient centrifugal separators from Continuum Technology provide a simple, maintenance-free and cost-efficient solution for the separation of foreign substances from a gas turbine. The centrifugal force is used to separate dry material / dust and air. The separated product is either transported away by an outgassing agent (e.g., a rotary valve or vacuum conveyor) or filled into transportable containers.

Our cyclone separators type HE and HF are used for the filtration of material / dusts with a core size of less than 50 µm and pre-separation of material / dusts with a core size of more than 50 µm.

Compared to the classic cyclone, the newly developed Girotron separator has a 90% higher separation efficiency with small grain sizes (<25 microns).
